The Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce (SV) is going to be available in United States at a steep starting price of $493,069. This price tag takes into account the additional gas guzzler tax ($3,700) along with the destination and delivery chargers ($3,495). The hardcore SV version is a lot more expensive than the standard Aventador LP 700-4 which in U.S. begins at $400,995. We remind you that Lamborghini recently announced the Aventador SV will be available in Europe from €327,190.
The main differences between the two Aventador models reside in the fact that the SV is 50 HP more powerful and 50 kg lighter while its body is 150% more aerodynamic and generates an extra 170% of downforce. It’s also faster in the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint by 0.1 seconds so it now takes just 2.8s to complete the task en route to a maximum speed in excess of 217 mph (350 km/h).
The Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce is scheduled to go on sale by the end of this spring.
