Lamborghini already told us they have plans to launch a limited-run version of the already ultra-exclusive Veneno. They were talking about a roadster version which can now be seen for the very first time in several leaked photos. Unlike the coupe which was built in a limited quantity of four units (three were sold, one kept by Lamborghini), the Veneno Roadster will be manufactured in a series consisting of nine cars and each will carry an exorbitant price tag of 3.3 million euros. An official reveal will probably occur in the following hours and hopefully will bring additional photos of the roofless bull.
We expect the power to come from the same V12 6.5-liter engine which resides in the coupe and is actually derived from the Aventador’s engine but with an increased capacity which enables the mill to output 750 HP (552 kW). Performance specs are not known for the moment, but we remind you that the coupe needs 2.8 seconds to get to 62 mph (100 km/h) en route to a maximum speed of 220 mph (350 km/h).
