Back to the Future enthusiasts have been insisting for several months so that Lego will launch a DeLorean set as a throwback to the highly successful trilogy. As they say, persistence pays off as Lego’s Summer Review has approved the group’s project as the upcoming Cuusoo set.
The templates created by M. Togami and Sakurestu will serve as an inspiration for the upcoming set and without any doubt we’ll get to see a brick-based Mr. Fusion which will probably be non-functional. The set will be launched in mid-2013 at a yet undisclosed price tag.
