Reputable German tuner Brabus has taken the wraps of an upgrade package for the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG facelift. The standard V8 5.5-liter twin-turbo engine has been bored out and now has a 5.9-liter displacement and also benefits from forged billed pistons, a billet crankshaft, optimized cylinder heads, and billet piston rods. Moreover, the engineers upgraded the turbochargers, installed a new intake manifold, remapped the ECU and mounted a high-performance exhaust system. As a result of these changes, the eight-cylinder engine now churns an impressive 850 PS and an electronically-capped torque of 1,150 Nm.
All that power is sent to the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system through a 7-speed MCT SPEEDSHIFT gearbox which allows the hot sedan hit 3.1 seconds before hitting a top speed of no less than 217 mph (350 km/h).
Matching the added oomph is a carbon fiber body kit together with 20-inch alloy wheels, while on the inside there’s premium leather upholstery combined with a carbon fiber trim.
