As if the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 wasn’t already a very special vehicle, the tuners from Carlsson decided there’s room for improvement and they have developed an upgrade package for the six-wheeled off-roader. Work started on the V8 5.5-liter twin-turbo engine which now benefits from a CK63 performance package that has lifted output by 106 PS (78 kW) and 140 Nm (103 lb-ft) to no less than 650 PS (478 kW) and 900 Nm of torque.
Carlsson didn’t perform any modifications on the car’s exterior but they restyled the interior cabin by using a combination of leather and Alcantara for the upholstery. We also notice the addition of carbon fiber and wood trims together with alloy pedals, aluminum door-lock pins, illuminated door sill plates and bespoke floor mats made from sheepskin or suede.
