The Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe has received a serious power boost developed by the German tuners from G Power. Most of the changes have occurred underneath the long and elegant hood where the V8 5.5-liter twin-turbo now develops an additional 120 HP (88 kW) and 74 lb-ft (100 Nm) of torque. The additional power was obtained by remapping the engine’s ECU and now the total output stands at an impressive 705 HP (518 kW) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque. The additional oomph will allow the all-wheel drive 4MATIC version perform the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 3.8 seconds on its way onto a top speed of more than 205 mph (330 km/h).
G-Power is asking €6,898 for the power kit and those who are willing to spend more can get the Power Hurricane RR 21-inch forged aluminum wheels that come bundled with a set of Michelin tires.
