MINI Paceman facelift launched in Beijing
After introducing the facelifted Countryman in New York earlier this month, MINI has revealed an updated Paceman at the Beijing Motor Show in China. Don’t expect a lot of changes as the revised Paceman shows very few differences compared to the outgoing model but there are several new exterior paint hues to choose from, such as Midnight Grey, Jungle Green and Piano Black. Fresh alloy wheels and several minor interior cabin tweaks round off the list of cosmetic changes.
All engines offered for the Paceman are Euro 6 compliant and the 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline mill in the S version has gained a modest 6 bhp bump so it now churns 190 bhp. All variants of the Paceman can be optionally had with an all-wheel drive arrangement and the engines can be mated to either a six-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic transmission.
