Mopar – Chrysler Group’s parts coming to the rescue

As the weather warms up and summer falls upon us, Mopar – Chrysler Group’s parts and service brand – has a number of suggestions to help perk up your car.

Mopar offers many accessories and gadgets for summer activities.  New door-sill guards, splash guards, and floor mats can refresh a tired interior or help protect your car from summer wear-and-tear.

Mopar’s Overhead Media Player kit lets you install a 10-inch television screen in applicable vehicles, to  keep kids and grown-ups amused during family trips over summer vacation.

Anyone can benefit from installing Mopar’s wireless charging technology – it keeps iPhones, iPods, Blackberries, and Android devices charged and ready to go, without the hassle of wires.

The Ram 1500 and the Jeep Wrangler are the most-customized Chrysler Group vehicles in North America, and Mopar offers lots of special parts for them.  To add some more style this summer, both have available sport performance hoods, cold-air intake kits, and chrome or black tubular side steps.  Ram 1500 owners might also want to consider a roll-up tonneau cover to protect their cargo, and Wrangler owners who plan to take the top off their vehicle might want to invest in a weather-resistant parking cover to keep the elements out.

Outdoor-loving Jeep owners have a number of Mopar accessories they might want to consider – racks and carriers for bicycles, kayaks and camping gear, and even a tent which attaches to the back of the vehicle to provide extra interior space.  Also available are a number of specialized modules for the Cherokee’s Jeep Cargo Management System, including a cargo bin, a collapsible cooler, and a first-aid / emergency kit.

Finally, Mopar also offers a selection of decal kits to help your vehicle stand out on the road or on the trail. These decals for sides, hoods, and roofs are offered for most Chrysler Group vehicles.  The Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Chrysler 300C can also take advantage of Mopar Custom Graphics –  matte-black vinyls which protect the hood, roof, and/or decklid from nicks and scratches and can be cleanly removed to change the look again.
