Ferrari built only 399 units of the Enzo and the vast majority of them are painted in red. There are also several black ones and very few silver ones, such as the one seen in this video which has features straight pipes.
In this clip we can see that even an exotic car such as the Ferrari Enzo can be driven like just about any normal car out there, even though the roads are not only narrow but quite twisty as well.
