The previous generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W221) has been fitted with a wide body kit by the aftermarket specialists at Prior Design. This kit is manufactured from dura-flex FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) and includes a different front bumper, front lip spoiler, larger side skirts and a bespoke rear bumper which now has a built-in diffuser.
Other changes worth mentioning would have to be the mesh grille inserts and an add-on spoiler lip for the trunk.
Prior Design has fitted this particular S-Class with new front fenders and rear widenings, a redesigned hood, along with a lowered suspension and glossy black alloy wheels. The tuner is asking 6,900 euros for the body kit, while painting and installation come at an additional cost.
