Subaru is introducing a special edition of the 2015 XC Crosstrek in United States. The model is scheduled to go on sale this spring and it’s based on the XC Crosstrek 2.0i Premium version and comes with a generous list of equipment including a moonroof, tinted headlights and a Sunrise Yellow paint available only on this special edition. The interior cabin has been mostly carried over from the standard model but it does have keyless access, a leather-covered steering wheel and a STARLINK infotainment system featuring a seven-inch touchscreen display.
The 2015 Subaru XC Crosstrek special edition is available only with a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter boxer engine outputting 148 bhp (110 kW) and a peak torque of 145 lb-ft (196 Nm). The power is channeled to a symmetrical all-wheel drive system through a continuously variable transmission.
Subaru says only 1,000 units will be produced and each will carry a starting price of $25,290, without taking into account the destination & delivery fees.
