Toyota applies a minor facelift on the Auris

Toyota has published several images depicting the Auris hatchback and wagon facelift which are heading to the Geneva Motor Show next week. Work started at the front where both cars have received a pair of sharper-looking headlights, a lightly modified bumper and a revised bumper. At the moment of writing there aren’t any images showing the rear end but you should expect to find a lightly updated bumper and new graphics for the taillights of both hatchback and wagon body styles. It should be mentioned the attached images depict the more frugal hybrid derivative.

As far as the interior cabin is concerned, the facelifted Auris largely carries over the same theme but we do notice a more extensive use of glossy black accents, along with the installation of a larger touchscreen display for the infotainment system. Moreover, the digital clock now sits to the right of the screen whereas in the outgoing model it’s positioned to the right of the central air vents.
