Volkswagen is cooking up another concept to showcase next week at the Geneva Motor Show and it goes by the name of T-ROC. This is a three-door crossover coupe featuring a removable roof and wearing an attractive Blue-Splash Metallic exterior paint scheme. We also notice the concept will have LED headlights and a three dimensional front grille together with LED daytime running lights that also work as turn signals. The T-ROC is 4179mm long, 1831mm wide and has a 1501mm height while on the inside it gets a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and four seats covered in leather.
Power of the concept comes from a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter TDI engine outputting 184 HP and 380 Nm sent to the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system through a 7-speed DSG gearbox. Tipping the scales at 1,420 kg, the Volkswagen T-ROC concept will reach 62 mph (100 km/h) from a standstill in 6.9 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 130 mph (210 km/h). Volkswagen says the concept is capable of returning 48 mpg US with corresponding CO2 emission of only 129 g/km.
