W Motors SuperSport unleashed
At the beginning of the week we talked about the Lykan HyperSport introduced by W Motors in production guise at the Dubai Motor Show and now the same automaker has revealed its second model known as SuperSport. This vehicle is programmed for a 2015 market release with a Lexus LFA-inspired exterior design packing a very aggressive front fascia with huge air intakes and LED headlights. It also adopts a ventilated bonnet, side air intakes and carbon fiber side skirts. The back of the car is equipped with a quad exhaust setup and a large rear diffuser.
Details about what powers the car are not available at this moment but the CEO of W Motors said it will provide “even better performance” than the aforementioned HyperSport. To refresh your memory, the HyperSport is motivated by a flat-six, twin-turbo 3.7-liter rated at 750 HP and 960 Nm of torque which is enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 239 mph (385 km/h).
Reports are indicating production of the W Motors SuperSport will be limited to 25 units, with each carrying a starting price of around $3.4 million.
