2014 Mitsubishi Attrage announced

What we have here is certainly not the world’s most attractive car but it’s not meant to be that since it was designed to take you from point A to point B. Meet the 2014 Mitsubishi Attrage, a production version of the G4 concept which is scheduled to go on sale in Thailand in July. Mitsubishi is describing their new model as a next-gen global compact sedan which promises to provide “driving pleasure thanks to agility and pleasing driving dynamics.” In terms of styling, it has sweptback headlights, prominent grille and a bunch of chrome accents. It rides on small alloys and has turn signals built into the mirrors.
Power will come exclusively from a modest 1.2-liter MIVEC engine which will work together with either a standard 5-speed manual gearbox or an optional continuously variable transmission (CVT). The car should be capable of returning 51.7 mpg US (62.1 mpg UK or 4.5 liters / 100 km).
