Opel/Vauxhall together with Renault has released initial design sketches of their upcoming all-new light commercial vehicles which are programmed to go on sale early this summer. The Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro will adopt a “more modern and precise look” and dare we say it will have quite a stylish appearance thanks to the fact that mane of the design cues will be taken from the company’s passenger models. As for the Renault Trafic, this will come with an array of new engines which benefit from Formula 1-derived technology.
The reason while Opel/Vauxhall and Renault have decided to tease their new LCVs in the same day is because the vehicles will share the same platform and will be made in Sandouville, France at Renault’s plant. As for the Vauxhall Vivaro, this will be manufactured in United Kingdom at the Luton factory.
