2015 Holden VF Commodore unveiled
Holden has unveiled the 2015 VF Commodore which wants to “reinforce its position as Australia’s favorite locally-made car” by bringing a series of performance upgrades and styling tweaks. Holden has added two fresh exterior paint schemes called Jungle Green and Some Like it Hot Red while the sport derivatives come with a glossy black rear valance. Opt for the SS V Redline with the optional automatic gearbox and you benefit from a redesigned paddle shifters. It also comes with different 19-inch rims, a Jet Black interior cabin theme and the possibility of ordering titanium accents.
Holden hasn’t made any modifications in the engine lineup with the exception of the LPG variant which has been axed for the SV6 versions. Other tweaks include updated ISOFIX anchorage points in the rear seats along with a retuned electronic power steering system that is available in three distinct calibrations: Touring – FE1 for Evoke, Calais, Calais V and Caprice V trims; Sport – FE2 & FE3 for SV6, SS, SS V models and Sport / Competitive – FE3 exclusively for the SS V Redline variant.
