2013 GTA Spano showcased at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Spania GTA is a rather unpopular automaker from Spain which has been building the Spano since 2009. Earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show, they unveiled an updated version which has now made its dynamic debut at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Its heart and soul is a mighty 8.4-liter V10 supercharged engine unleashing 900 HP (662 kW) and a maximum torque of 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) which has been electronically limited. All those ponies are put to the ground with help from either a seven-speed automatic sequential transmission or a seven-speed manual gearbox.

The 2013 GTA Spano is capable of performing the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in less than 3 seconds and it will keep on accelerating until it hits a top speed of 217 mph (350 km/h). Thanks to its carbon fiber body, the Spanish supercar tips the scales at 1,350 kg (2,976 lbs). It sits on 19-inch front and 20-inch rear alloys wrapped around in Pirelli tires.

Stopping power is provided by the AP Racing brake system consisting of 380mm carbon ceramic ventilated discs. Other goodies include multi-self-adjusting shock absorbers, front & rear double wishbone suspension, as well as an electronically-regulated rear wing.
