BMW M6 Coupe to receive power boost from Manhart Racing

The 2013 BMW M6 Coupe is about to receive an aftermarket kit from the engineers at Manhart Racing who have released a preview kit of their upcoming power boost.

Under the hood it will retain the same 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine but instead of the stock 560 HP (412 kW) / 502 lb-ft (680 Nm) output, Manhart Racing will increase those figures to more than 700 HP (515 kW) / 664 lb-ft (900 Nm). The tuner has also announced the high-performance German coupe is about to receive an end-silencer, sports catalyzers and a full exhaust system.

Manhart Racing says the upgrade program for the 2013 BMW M6 Coupe will be launched sometime this summer and aside from the goodies already mentioned it will also include a CLS-inspired trunk lid, a rear diffuser, new side skirts, custom front spoiler and a different hood – with all of these parts manufactured from carbon fiber. In addition, the vehicle will ride on new forged alloys and will receive a coilover kit.
