Brabus works on the Mercedes-Maybach S600

The Mercedes-Maybach S600 has received a comprehensive upgrade package developed by Brabus. Most of the upgrades can be found underneath the hood where the 6.0-liter V12 engine has been enlarged to 6.3 liters and has also received a pair of custom turbochargers. Moreover, the engineers have mounted an optimized air supply unit, custom intake module, a new stainless steel exhaust system and they also remapped the injection. Other changes include free-flow metal catalysts, new exhaust manifolds and a revised boost pressure control.

Thanks to these revisions, the Mercedes-Maybach S600 by Brabus is capable of developing no less than 900 PS at 5,500 rpm and 1,500 Nm at 4,200 rpm. This helps lower the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint in 3.7 seconds while the top speed increases to more than 217 mph (350 km/h).

Matching the extra oomph is a slightly different body with new bumpers, custom front spoiler, larger air intakes and integrated LED daytime running lights while 21-inch custom wheels can also be added and matched with 255/35 ZR21 front and 295/30 ZR21 rear tires.

Brabus also paid special attention to the interior cabin where they have installed a wood trim, carbon fiber inlays, leather & Alcantara applications and even a revised digital speedometer going all the way up to 400 km/h.
