Cadillac is proud to announce a range-topping version of the 2015 Escalade called “Platinum” which carries a starting price of no less than $90,270, taking into account the $995 destination charges. The vehicle can be visually distinguished by the additional use of chrome as well as by a unique set of 22-inch alloy wheels. More important modifications can be found inside the luxurious cabin where there is a semi-aniline Nappa leather upholstery combined with sueded microfiber accents and an elegant wood trim. It also comes with a cooled center console, leather-covered dashboard and more premium floor mats.
The 2015 Cadillac Escalade Platinum has received heated and cooled 18-way power front seats, “Platinum”-branded door sill plates and a rear seat entertainment system packing dual 7-inch displays incorporated in the front headrests while on the ceiling there’s a 9-inch screen.
Both the Escalade and Escalade Platinum are now available with an 8-speed automatic gearbox, Surround View camera, 4G LTE connectivity and a slightly updated front grille equipped with the firm’s recently introduced wreathless crest.
