Heico Sportiv launches Volvo V40 T5 HPC

The tuners from Heico Sportiv have released an aftermarket program for the Volvo V40 Cross Country. They first began working on the 2.5-liter, five-cylinder turbo engine and managed to increase its output from 254 HP to 320 HP, while torque has gone up from 360 Nm to 510 Nm. This was possible by revamping the charge-air system, turbocharger, intercooler and exhaust system. There’s also a water-ethanol injection system which if activated will increase the engine’s power to 350 HP, allowing the modified V40 Cross Country to hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 5.6 seconds and a 164 mph (265 km/h) top speed.

It also comes with a custom body kit made from polyurethane, lightweight plastic which as you can see is wearing a matte toxic green film adorned with lateral black stripes. The interior cabin adopts Recaro sport seats, aluminum pedals, Alcantara-covered gearshift and handbrake, together with green stitching.

All these parts will be individually available in the near future.
