Mansory rolls out Mercedes G63 AMG Sahara Edition

Controversial tuner Mansory is showing off their Mercedes G63 AMG Sahara Edition which as you can see comes with a plethora of tweaks. Work started on the outside where the off-roader has received a full custom body kit that has made the car 80 mm wider compared to a regular G63 AMG while the body has been covered in army camouflage. We also notice the additional lighting and those huge 22-inch alloys wrapped around in 305/35/22 tires. The flashy exterior is matched with an equally striking interior cabin featuring a combination of Alcantara and leather along with other bespoke modifications.

Mansory’s engineers also worked on the 5.5-liter V8 twin-turbo engine inside this Mercedes G63 AMG Sahara Edition which has received new cylinder head, bearings, pistons, crankshaft, connecting rods and a new exhaust system made from stainless steel. All of these changes have lifted the engine’s output from the standard 536 bhp (400 kW) and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) to 828 bhp (618 kW) and an electronically-limited maximum torque of 1,000 Nm (739 lb-ft).

As you would expect from such an outrageous customization program from Mansory, the Mercedes G63 AMG Sahara Edition is quite expensive as it will set you back a cool €770,000 with all the bells and whistles.
