The Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG hot hatchback has received an aftermarket upgrade program developed by VATH. The pocket rocket has been fitted with a series of upgrades include a coilover suspension that has reduced the ride height by up to 65mm. It has also gained a stainless steel sports exhaust system while customers have the possibility of opting for 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels and also for custom shock absorbers which can be adjusted according to the client’s preferences.
The most important modification occurs under the hood where the already powerful 4-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged engine has received an extra 65 PS (47 kW) which means it’s now capable of developing no less than 425 PS (312 kW). Besides infusing even more power, VATH has also raised the car’s maximum speed to 174 mph (280 km/h).
