Mercedes-Benz has introduced the C-Class L a few days ago at the Beijing Motor Show, a model which will not be sold outside China. The vehicle’s wheelbase has been stretched by 80mm to 2920mm and now it has an overall length of 4766mm. As you would imagine, the added wheelbase can be seen in the additional rear legroom which according to the German marque it’s actually the biggest in this segment. The vehicle has also received a rear privacy glass along with an electronically-controllable front passenger seat.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class L is going to be sold with a wide array of four-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines, with outputs varying from the 156 PS up to 367 PS. It is scheduled to go on sale in the second half of the year and will be a tad more expensive than the regular C-Class.
