Owners of the facelifted Mercedes-Benz GLK might want to know that Carlsson has developed an aftermarket program which was exhibited a short while ago at the 2013 Essen Motor Show. We notice there is a new aerodynamic body kit that encompasses revised front and rear bumpers, chrome-plated rear diffuser and a front spoiler lip. Other than that, the GLK has been equipped with LED daytime running lights, stainless steel mesh grille inserts and a sport-tuned suspension. The engineers have also created a stainless steel sports exhaust system, lowering springs and a wide variety of 18- to 21-inch rims.
Step inside the cabin and there are bespoke floor mats, aluminum pedals, illuminated door sill plates, wood and carbon fiber trims, as well as fine leather or Alcantara upholstery. The GLK 220 CDI can receive a power boost of 34 HP and 100 Nm which will increase output of the engine to a total of 204 HP and 500 Nm.
