As if the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 wasn’t already way too expensive, the German marque has decided that for the 2015 model year it would be best to increase the vehicle’s price tag by approximately 5,900 euros. It will go on sale starting September 1 and those who are interested in getting the six-wheel behemoth should know the car now costs 456,900 euros. The price bump is partially justified by the extended list of standard goodies which now includes an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated windscreen as well as folded and heated exterior mirrors.
Underneath the hood resides a 5.5-liter V8 twin-turbo engine generating 544 PS and an impressive maximum torque of 758 Nm which are sent to all three axles with help from a 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission. Just like before, Mercedes-Benz will only make around 20 to 30 cars each year.
