Peugeot intros 208 Intuitive in UK market

The French carmaker Peugeot has revealed this week a new special edition of the 208 supermini wearing the Intuitive moniker. Available in the United Kingdom, the car is offered with a 1.2-liter gasoline engine pumping out 81 hp or two 1.4- and 1.6-liter HDi diesel engines with outputs of 69 hp and 91 hp, respectively. Customers can get the 208 Intuitive in both 3- and 5-door body styles.

We should mention that this special edition is based on the Allure trim level and brings additional equipment and tech goodies which will certainly be appreciated by UK buyers wanting a hi-tech 208.

Aside from this handy feature, the 2013 Peugeot 208 Intuitive rides on a fresh new set of 16-inch alloy wheels and comes nicely equipped with a Cielo Roof with ambient lightning, LED surrounds on the instrument dials, dual-zone automatic air conditioning system, directional fog lights and a satellite navigation system so that you don’t get lost. The main highlight is the Peugeot’s first automatic Park Assist system which can control the steering while the driver takes care of the clutch, gears, brake and acceleration.

Already available on order, the 208 Intuitive can be ordered from 14,245 pounds. For this money you’ll be getting the 3-door model powered by the gasoline engine.
