Renault has decided to freshen up the Captur crossover by developing a special edition created in collaboration with outdoor sports brand Helley Hansen. This is the first time when the French marque is offering the Extended Grip system for the Captur, bringing improved grip without the necessity of a four-wheel drive system. Customers can order the car with a unique Flamme Red paint combined with an ivory or black roof, but also in three additional hue combinations: Ivory with black roof, Cassiopée Grey with black roof and Etoilé Black with ivory roof.
On the inside it has received a special type of upholstery together with the firm’s R-Link multimedia system, heated front seats, fog lights with cornering function, electric folding mirrors, automatic climate control and black 17-inch alloy wheels that have a diamond effect.
Under the hood it can receive a TCe90 or a TCe120 turbocharged gasoline engine linked to an automatic EDC transmission or a dCi90 mated to a manual gearbox or the EDC.
Sales of the Renault Captur Helley Hansen are set to commence next month in June while deliveries will kick off this September.
