Voltage Design squeezes 850 PS from Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe

Voltage Design has decided to fiddle around with a brand new Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe and they applied some extensive modifications to the car’s styling. There’s a carbon fiber kit featuring a radiator grille (with logo), front apron wings, front spoiler, mirror caps, hood air inlets, diffuser, side skirts as well as the spoiler mounted on the tailgate. Carbon fiber can also be used to make the whole hood as well as the entire front grille. Also on offer are 22-inch Vossen CVT alloy wheels, bigger carbon ceramic brakes and custom springs that lower the high-performance coupe between 10mm and 35mm.

More important tweaks can be found in the engine area where the twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine has received a healthy power boost from 585 PS and 900 Nm to a more than impressive 800 PS and 1,150 Nm. This was possible by modifying the engine’s electronics, upgrading the manifold, mounting a bespoke exhaust system (with valve command), along with mounting bigger turbochargers and tweaking the charge air cooler.
