Zenos E10 confirmed for Autosport International
The Zenos E10 will be shown in production form at the Autosport International, according to the company’s founder Ansar Ali who was previously the CEO of Caterham. Details about the car are limited at this moment but the model will be a lightweight sports car which will have a carbon composite monocoque and a tubular chassis which should provide the car with a curb weight of 650 kg. The car will go on sale sometime in 2014 and the deliveries will commence in the beginning of 2015, following its public introduction scheduled for next month.
Its heart and soul will be a Ford-sourced 2.0-liter mid-mounted engine unleashing 200 bhp (149 kW) which will allow the car to perform the 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) run in less than 5 seconds.
