2015 Nissan Murano breaks cover

Nissan has published images and details with the 2015 Murano that will be officially introduced several days from now at the New York Auto Show. The model was previewed by the Resonance concept and has received a “floating” roof together with boomerang-shaped headlights and a V-Motion front fascia. The back of the vehicle features LED taillights and generous use of black plastic. The new Murano can ride on 20-inch alloy wheels and can be optionally fitted with LED headlights and a panoramic moonroof.

Moving on the inside, the 2015 Nissan Murano is configured with Zero Gravity seats, metallic accents and a wraparound wood trim. Other goodies include a seven-inch display as instrument cluster, dual-zone automatic climate control system and a push-button ignition.


Nissan is offering a V6 3.5-liter engine generating 260 bhp and 240 lb-ft of torque. It’s coupled to an Xtronic gearbox and can be optionally connected to an all-wheel drive arrangement.
