2016 Ford F-150 goes official

The 2016 Ford F-150 has made its online debut and is scheduled to go on sale in the near future. The best-selling truck in North America has reached 2016MY which brings a new Pro Trailer Backup Assist system which allows drivers to easily back a trailer up to launch or park in the driveway. This represents a segment-first equipment and enables the driver to steer the trailer instinctively simply by turning a knob left or right to indicate direction while the truck will automatically control steering and is going to limit the speed of the vehicle. The new model year also brings a CNG/Propane fuel prep package which depending on the fuel tank’s capacity costs between $7,500 to $9,000.

Customers will be able to order the 2016 Ford F-150 with new optional 20-inch machined alloys along with new body colors such as Lithium Gray and Shadow Black that replace Guard Metallic and Tuxedo Black, respectively.
