Toyota Australia has introduced the 2015 Aurion scheduled to go on sale later this year. Compared to its predecessor, the slightly revised variant comes with a standard keyless entry and ignition system, along with a different instrument cluster boasting Optitron dials a multi-information 4.2-inch screen. It also comes with the Toyota Link connectivity system and front & rear parking sensors. The base AT-X trim level has gained more body color trim, black mesh grille and fresh 16-inch wheels.
As for the Aurion Sportivo, this one wears a sportier body kit, glossy black alloys and an updated grille. It also benefits from a revised steering system, sport-tuned suspension and a 3-spoke steering wheel featuring paddle shifters.
Upgrade to the 2015 Aurion Presara range-topping model and you get LED headlights and LED fog lights, different 17-inch rims and a “premium” front grille while rear cross-traffic alert and a lane departure warning system are also part of the package.
Toyota is asking $36,490 for the entry level AT-X version, $40,990 for the mid-range Sportivo and $50,400 for the flagship Presara model.
