Ford unveils 2015 Mustang Convertible
The 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible has been revealed alongside its fixed roof sibling from whom it has taken most of the design. The main difference between the two would have to be the multi-layer cloth top which according to Ford has what it takes to provide the car with a more upscale look. In addition, thanks to the additional insulation, those sitting inside will benefit from a quieter cabin. It provides the car with a much sleeker profile when it is retracted while the lowering process takes half the time compared to the outgoing model, according to Ford.
Engine lineup will be carried over from the coupe so the 2015 Mustang Convertible will be available with a 300 bhp V6 3.7-liter, a 305 bhp 2.3-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder and a 420 bhp V8 5.0-liter.
